The report turned out well and high-level, just as specified in the brief. I like that we quickly aligned on the monetization problem, and the report made it clear that the game needs some rework from the game design side.
Right now, we don’t have a game designer or 3D resources to add new content. As a result, we’re considering disabling the demo version and keeping the game as F2P with a few IAPs — and possibly adding a permanent battle pass to at least partially offset ad costs.
It all comes down to the fact that the game was finished and no updates were planned from the start, so our hands are pretty tied here.
