I really enjoy following SUPERCELL. Their approach to game mechanics is always interesting, and their work with the community is top-notch — they’re constantly coming up with something new.
Back in July, they decided to celebrate reaching 222,222 followers on LinkedIn with a festive giveaway. And “coincidentally” (?!), they happened to have a batch of stylish 90s-style gaming magazines — the result of a collaboration between Squad Busters and Sonic the Hedgehog. There were only 444 copies (222+222) up for grabs. All you had to do was fill out a short form and wait for luck to strike.
A month ago, I got the happy news that I was among the lucky winners! And this morning, I picked up my slightly crumpled but still beautiful copy at the post office. The magazine is soaked with 90s vibes, full of Easter eggs and jokes. At the very end, there’s even a page suggesting you “surf the World Wide Web” on a computer at your nearest library by typing in this link:
